I have a 4’x10’ router sled slab flattener. I use this to flatten anything that will not fit through my planer. It has come in very handy for tabletops and guitar body blanks.

A majority of the lumber I have is left live edge meaning the sapwood or outer layer is left. Most woodworkers have the necessary tools to breakdown slabs and boards to size, straight and smooth but for those that do not have a commercial table saw or planer or just don’t have the time, I can trim down or plane for a personally discussed fee.
Unless I have a specific size needed I now mill most of my slabs to 8/4 thickness. I have noticed it helps with the stability while drying and less waste from warped lumber. I find it easier to take back to the mill if it won’t fit on my 16” bandsaw and break it down to a more manageable 4/4 or thinner thickness after the fact.
Of course if you have your own logs but no way of milling them into lumber I am available to cut them to your desired dimensions. I also have trailers available to get them to the mill. Let me know your needs and we can discuss a price.
